1Introduction

Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active 99abb account. This means one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim additional bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited at 99abb and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with any balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when registering your 99abb account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your correct mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without notice.

2.4 Geographical Restrictions

3Account Responsibilities

3.1 Keeping Your Credentials Secure

You are solely responsible for keeping your 99abb login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person. 99abb will not be liable for any losses that occur as a result of a third party accessing your account because you shared or failed to adequately protect your login information.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

3.3 Account Activity

Bets placed and transactions completed through your account are binding.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

A 99abb account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered inactive. 99abb reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior notification via your registered email address. If an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99abb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions on 99abb are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 99abb is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 99abb may request additional verification documentation for large deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests at 99abb are processed within a standard timeframe of under 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one working day depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

4.4 Identity Verification Before First Withdrawal

Before 99abb processes your first withdrawal, you will be asked to complete a one-time identity verification. This involves providing a clear copy of your valid CNIC. 4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

The 99abb welcome bonus — currently a 50% deposit match up to Rs 5,000 — is available to new players making their first deposit. The bonus is credited to the player's betting wallet once the qualifying deposit is confirmed. To withdraw bonus-derived winnings, a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount must be completed on qualifying games within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to complete wagering within this period results in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses at 99abb cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted into real money through wagering.
• Each bonus at 99abb has a specified list of qualifying games. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus can be active on a 99abb account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms.
• 99abb reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse — including but not limited to multiple accounts, collusion, or manipulation of the wagering requirement — will be voided and the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Club Rewards

The 99abb VIP Club operates under a separate tiered reward structure. Benefits at each VIP tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum — are detailed on the VIP Club page. VIP tier determination is at the sole discretion of 99abb and is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity. 99abb reserves the right to adjust or discontinue the VIP programme with prior notice to affected members.

6Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed at 99abb are subject to availability of the market and confirmation from the 99abb trading platform. A bet is only valid once a bet receipt has been issued confirming the selection, stake in PKR, and potential return. 99abb reserves the right to decline or limit bets for any reason, including but not limited to suspected system error, unusual betting patterns, or irregularities in a specific event.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet at 99abb is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, competition and individual account history. 99abb reserves the right to apply lower maximum stakes to specific accounts that display patterns of consistent exploitation of pricing errors or other system irregularities.

6.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event — including a PSL cricket match or a football fixture — is abandoned before the minimum required play for a result has been achieved, all bets on match-level markets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that were already settled based on events completed before abandonment will stand. Postponed events where the match is rescheduled within 48 hours will generally be treated as the same event for pre-match betting purposes.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets at 99abb are accepted subject to market availability during live events. Odds during in-play betting can change rapidly and 99abb cannot guarantee that a particular odds price will be available for more than a few seconds. Accepted in-play bets at the odds confirmed on the bet receipt are final and cannot be cancelled. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

6.5 Errors in Odds

In the event that a manifestly erroneous price is quoted in a market at 99abb — for example, an odds price that is clearly the result of a system error or data feed fault rather than a genuine assessment of the event — 99abb reserves the right to void bets accepted at that price and return stakes to the player. 99abb will not honour winnings derived from clearly incorrect prices.

7Casino Games

7.1 Fairness and RNG

All casino games available at 99abb — including jackpot slots, table games, and other casino products — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by previous results, player history, or any external factor. Crash games at 99abb use provably fair algorithms that players can independently verify using publicly available tools.

7.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game at 99abb — including game freezes, disconnections, or system errors — the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the player. 99abb will not be liable for any losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and play" applies to all 99abb casino games.

7.3 Jackpot Games

Jackpot slots at 99abb contribute to progressive prize pools that increase with each spin across all qualifying players. Jackpot wins are paid in full from 99abb's jackpot reserve. In the extremely unlikely event that a jackpot is triggered simultaneously by two or more players, the prize will be awarded to the first verified win event recorded by the 99abb system.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 99abb and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others to circumvent the one-account rule
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on 99abb
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes

• Chargeback attempts — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after depositing at 99abb

9Responsible Gaming

11Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99abb's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. 99abb is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 99abb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by 99abb's own negligence.

13Account Closure

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 99abb account at any time by contacting our support team at support@99abb.ws. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

13.2 Closure by 99abb

99abb reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of serious breach — including fraud, money laundering, or systematic abuse of the platform — 99abb may close accounts without prior notice and may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. 99abb will not be liable for losses arising from account closure where the closure was the result of a player's breach of these Terms.

14Amendments to These Terms

99abb reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 99abb will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a notification within the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notification.

Continued use of 99abb after the effective date of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using 99abb and contact support to close your account.
